    Yes. All Aquadiva products are made of the highest quality materials that are resistant to chlorine and salt damage. Please encourage customers to read and follow the Care Guide to achieve maximum life from their Aquadiva product.

    Aquadiva swimsuits typically last up to and exceeding 1000 hours of use in chlorinated and salt water. Product life can be extended by the customer following the instructions contained in the Care Guide.

  4. What payment methods do you have for online purchasing?
    We have a 100% secure online shop, meaning that shopping with Aquadiva is 100% safe! We accept payments via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Visa debit card, PayPal and direct bank deposit.

  5. What happens when a product I've purchased is sold out or unavailable?
    Should an item be unavailable customers will be contacted to discuss an alternative. Customers have the option to choose a substitute item or wait for the item to be replenished. If no suitable substitute can be found customers have the option of a full refund or store credit.

  6. What happens if I purchase something that doesn't suit or doesn't fit?
    Aquadiva offers a 20-day Refund and Exchange policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product send it back within 10 days of receiving it to obtain a replacement or a refund.

  8. My order has arrived but I have been sent the wrong item?
    We are very sorry for our mistake. This rarely happens, but accidents do happen in times of high demand. Please follow our normal return and exchange process, being sure to include a completed return and exchange slip. Our dispatch department will send the correct order back to you free of charge and include a free regular shipping voucher for your next order.

  9. My order hasn't arrived yet?
    We strive to have all orders dispatched within 2-4 working days. - International orders should arrive within 10 - 21 working days from the date of your order placement. If your order has arrived late please notify your Aquadiva Vendor so that we can help ensure future orders arrive faster.

  10. I sent my item(s) back for a refund/exchange and haven't received anything in return.
    Refunds and exchanges are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All returns are processed according to order of receipt. This can take 4-10 working days, so please be patient as we are doing our best to get your item(s) back to you as soon as possible.

  11. Why don't you accept phone orders?
    Phone orders are generally less secure than an online facility employing adequate security measures. When a customer gives their payment information to someone over the phone they run the risk of the individual being fraudulent or failing to dispose of the payment information correctly. When using the Aquadiva webstore, customers submit their payment information into a completely secure system. No payment information is viewed by anyone but the customer. By refusing to take this information over the phone risk is reduced for both Aquadiva and the customer. Aquadiva staff may accept phone orders in exceptional circumstances only.

    No. You are ordering the garments for yourself or as gifts and not for re-sale so there will be no VAT or Import Duties to pay.
